Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for high-priority technical positions.

• Identify, evaluate, interview, and secure qualified candidates for roles such as Software Engineering and DevOps.

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to grasp technical requirements, formulate sourcing strategies, and agree on evaluation criteria.

• Employ innovative and advanced sourcing techniques to discover top talent.

• Support candidates throughout the hiring process and deliver timely feedback.

• Prepare candidates for technical panel interviews.

• Represent and promote the Claritas Rx brand during the candidate experience.

• Keep the Workable Applicant Tracking System organized, compliant, and up to date.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress metrics to leadership.

• Handle offer negotiations for successful candidate placements.

• Assist in building outstanding engineering and data teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable success as a Technical Recruiter, either in an agency or in-house environment.

• Proven track record of successfully filling complex engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of modern tech stack concepts, including cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, front-end/back-end frameworks, and database architectures.

• Expertise in utilizing major Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Skilled in advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
