📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete US recruitment for both technical and business positions.

• Lead direct sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter and various other platforms.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and achieve results.

• Provide insights on talent market conditions, sourcing viability, and best practices for hiring.

• Ensure candidates receive a structured, timely, and professional experience throughout the hiring process.

• Utilize SmartRecruiters ATS to oversee pipelines, reporting, and workflow management.

• Work together with the distributed Talent Acquisition team while independently managing assigned roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.

• Ideally experienced in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.

• Demonstrated ability to attract engineering talent within cloud, infrastructure, and software development sectors.

• Proficient in Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure.

• Proven experience in sourcing and securing candidates for roles such as Product Manager, Account Executive, Pre-Sales Architect, and other go-to-market positions.

• Experience working alongside hiring managers as a strategic consultant.

• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing techniques.

• Background in conducting talent market research.

• Practical experience with ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters.

• Capable of managing multiple roles independently while prioritizing effectively.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across different time zones, teams, and cultures.

• Must be located in the United States.
