Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies tailored for competitive AI and engineering sectors.

• Create structured interview methodologies and evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish performance profiles and identify talent gaps.

• Enhance candidate experience and develop effective closing strategies.

• Monitor recruiting metrics to continually optimize funnel performance and ATS workflows.

• Work alongside leadership on workforce planning and prioritization of hiring needs.

• Contribute to the enhancement of structured onboarding programs.

• Assist in the performance review cycles and feedback mechanisms.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for essential processes.

• Liaise with external vendors, legal advisors, and service providers.

• Identify process bottlenecks and experiment with new tools or workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Engage in and lead various cross-functional operational projects as the company scales.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to define hiring strategies and ensure the consistent acquisition of exceptional talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting and operations, preferably within a high-growth startup.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Proven track record in recruiting both technical (e.g., ML engineers, software engineers, data scientists) and non-technical (e.g., researchers, threat investigators) positions in competitive markets.

• Strong capability in outbound sourcing.

• Experience in designing and implementing hiring processes, SOPs, onboarding programs, and process enhancements.

• Ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and build systems from the ground up.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with HR management systems, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments such as startups, AI research labs, or security-focused teams.

• Background in recruiting for AI, cybersecurity, or mission-driven sectors.

• Experience with recruiting efforts both in the US and internationally.
