Technical Project Manager – SaaS Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops with international clients and service providers.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation and deployment of intricate SaaS solutions across various environments.

• Serve as a high-level technical advisor, offering in-depth product expertise.

• Ensure that solutions conform to global best practices and innovation benchmarks.

• Manage the technical project scope and risk effectively.

• Guarantee high-quality delivery within established timelines.

• Assist stakeholders during internal testing and user acceptance phases.

• Promote smooth adoption of solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in technical project management methodologies and tools in a SaaS setting.

• Capability to read and analyze Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

• Outstanding technical problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in creating detailed documentation.

• Proven track record in managing project scope, risk, and budget.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

• Business proficiency in English is essential.

• Previous experience in the transportation or logistics technology industry is a plus.

• Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in any other European language is an added benefit.
