This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables for IT, infrastructure, and government initiatives from the planning phase to completion.
• Act as a point of contact between government entities, contractors, and technical teams.
• Promote effective communication, collaboration, and the achievement of project goals among various stakeholders.
• Organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings, program reviews, executive briefings, MILCON assessments, and other project-related events.
• Coordinate facilities, audio/visual resources, and meeting documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, action items, risks, deliverables, and performance indicators.
• Assist project managers with status updates and program implementation.
• Aid in procurement, contract management, vendor coordination, logistical operations, asset tracking, and inventory oversight.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee project documentation, SharePoint repositories, technical records, organizational materials, reports, and presentation content.
• Support quality assurance evaluations, technical editing, compliance tracking, After Action Reviews (AARs), and continuous process enhancement initiatives.
• Assist with compliance and governance activities pertaining to DoD acquisitions, cybersecurity, security, and program management stipulations.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting projects, programs, administrative functions, or technical teams in government, defense, or commercial settings.
• Experience in coordinating meetings, reviews, briefings, schedules, action items, and project deliverables among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, organizational records, and SharePoint repositories.
• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling tools, and project lifecycle support processes.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, asset management, inventory control, contract administration, or similar operational roles.
• Strong skills in written communication, technical writing, editing, and briefing preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of DoD, federal, or government business processes.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, acquisition requirements, or quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
