IT Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables for IT, infrastructure, and government initiatives from inception to completion.

• Act as a bridge between government entities, contractors, and technical teams.

• Arrange, schedule, and facilitate meetings, program reviews, executive briefings, MILCON reviews, and additional project-related events.

• Coordinate facilities, audio/visual equipment, and meeting documentation.

• Monitor project milestones, action items, risks, deliverables, and performance indicators.

• Assist project managers with status updates and program execution.

• Aid in procurement, contract management, vendor coordination, logistics, asset oversight, and inventory control.

• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, SharePoint repositories, technical records, organizational materials, reports, and presentation content.

• Support quality assurance reviews, technical editing, compliance tracking, After Action Reviews, and initiatives for continuous process improvement.

• Assist with compliance and governance activities related to DoD acquisition, cybersecurity, security, and program management standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting projects, programs, administrative operations, or technical teams in government, defense, or commercial settings.

• Experience in coordinating meetings, reviews, briefings, schedules, action items, and project deliverables among various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to create, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, meeting notes, organizational records, and SharePoint repositories.

• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling tools, and project lifecycle support activities.

• Experience in supporting procurement, logistics, asset management, inventory control, contract administration, or similar operational tasks.

• Strong skills in written communication, technical writing, editing, and development of briefings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of DoD, federal, or governmental business processes.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, acquisition requirements, or quality assurance methodologies.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and qualified to maintain all necessary government access credentials.

• Eligible for SECRET Clearance.
