This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives at the VA aimed at modernizing Veterans' access to healthcare through CRM solutions based on Salesforce.

• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects effectively.

• Ensure that project milestones are achieved and deliverables are in line with strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and development teams to comprehend technical requirements and address challenges.

• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals.

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership.

• Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status.

• Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.

• Utilize best practices and agile methodologies to improve project workflows and efficiency.

• Promote collaboration and accountability among project team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required).

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical project management.

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Technical expertise in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are preferred.

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies is preferred.

• Reliable internet connection for effective telecommuting.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer participates in E-Verify.
