Technical Project Manager, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop the project plan in collaboration with the client based on the signed Statement of Work (SOW)

• Conduct the project kickoff meeting

• Oversee implementation projects from the requirements gathering stage through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and the two-week post-go-live support period

• Create and manage JIRA tasks related to technical operations, including assignments, sprints, story points, and deadlines

• Maintain up-to-date Asana milestone plans

• Safeguard project scope and identify any work outside the SOW for intake or postponement

• Handle multiple clients within regulated industries concurrently

• Facilitate status meetings and address any UAT inquiries and risk flags

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Consultants, and Data Engineers

• Report to Elizabeth within the PMO / Implementation team

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, insurance, banking, or another regulated sector

• Practical experience in managing projects using JIRA and Asana, including task creation, sprint assignments, and progress tracking

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to hold clients and internal teams accountable to the established plan

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification, or actively pursuing one, is preferred

• Previous experience in implementing SaaS or CRM software is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage

• Familiarity with working alongside data engineers or technical teams on system implementations is preferred
