Technical Project Manager – Project Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account leaders to comprehend technical goals and proactively meet project requirements.

• Engage in technical discussions to capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across infrastructure, data, security, and AI/ML.

• Assist clients in clarifying data ownership, location, access, and the supported business processes.

• Monitor constraints related to data sovereignty, on-premises infrastructure, air-gapped deployments, security, compliance, and procurement.

• Maintain transparency regarding project plans, priorities, decisions, deliverables, dependencies, and overall status.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.

• Ensure that technical deliverables are in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

• Identify risks, challenges, and unresolved decisions, facilitating their resolution.

• Support transitions from implementation to operation, which includes documentation, handoffs, and ongoing support arrangements.

• Collaborate with account leaders to spot opportunities for expansion, renewal, or deeper client engagement.

• Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable strategies across the Project Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams in a highly technical, client-facing environment, such as technical project management, technical program management, consulting, delivery leadership, or a similar role.

• Capability to engage in design-level technical discussions and accurately document requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

• Proficiency with developer tools, including reviewing pull requests, scripting, and utilizing AI coding assistants.

• Technical expertise covering cloud or on-premises infrastructure, data engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, software security, application delivery, DevOps, or platform operations, with significant depth in at least one area.

• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to engineering, business, and executive audiences.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across technical teams, client stakeholders, account teams, and other business partners.

• Ability to identify and monitor technical risks, project dependencies, constraints, and success criteria.

• Comfort in navigating enterprise constraints such as security reviews, restricted environments, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong written communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a capacity to quickly learn unfamiliar technical concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without any current or future sponsorship.
