This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account leaders to comprehend technical goals and proactively meet project requirements.
β’ Engage in technical discussions to capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across infrastructure, data, security, and AI/ML.
β’ Assist clients in clarifying data ownership, location, access, and the supported business processes.
β’ Monitor constraints related to data sovereignty, on-premises infrastructure, air-gapped deployments, security, compliance, and procurement.
β’ Maintain transparency regarding project plans, priorities, decisions, deliverables, dependencies, and overall status.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
β’ Ensure that technical deliverables are in alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
β’ Identify risks, challenges, and unresolved decisions, facilitating their resolution.
β’ Support transitions from implementation to operation, which includes documentation, handoffs, and ongoing support arrangements.
β’ Collaborate with account leaders to spot opportunities for expansion, renewal, or deeper client engagement.
β’ Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable strategies across the Project Success team.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams in a highly technical, client-facing environment, such as technical project management, technical program management, consulting, delivery leadership, or a similar role.
β’ Capability to engage in design-level technical discussions and accurately document requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
β’ Proficiency with developer tools, including reviewing pull requests, scripting, and utilizing AI coding assistants.
β’ Technical expertise covering cloud or on-premises infrastructure, data engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, software security, application delivery, DevOps, or platform operations, with significant depth in at least one area.
β’ Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to engineering, business, and executive audiences.
β’ Experience in coordinating efforts across technical teams, client stakeholders, account teams, and other business partners.
β’ Ability to identify and monitor technical risks, project dependencies, constraints, and success criteria.
β’ Comfort in navigating enterprise constraints such as security reviews, restricted environments, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Strong written communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
β’ Curiosity, adaptability, and a capacity to quickly learn unfamiliar technical concepts.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
β’ Authorized to work in the U.S. without any current or future sponsorship.
