Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver project management services for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of NICE CCaaS services and solutions in a client-facing setting.

• Oversee the overall delivery relationship with designated clients.

• Provide technical expertise and project status updates to leadership teams.

• Lead the implementation of client projects with teams ranging from 3 to 10 members, including TTEC Digital personnel, client resources, and vendors.

• Facilitate communication plans, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalations, functional documentation, and internal processes.

• Produce weekly status reports and relay project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management, and account teams.

• Identify risks, assumptions, and constraints while implementing approved actions and workarounds.

• Deliver necessary change management to address approved actions.

• Review project invoices to ensure accuracy.

• Develop work plans and assign roles and responsibilities.

• Enhance and improve software developed in CXone Studio.

• Code and test projects as needed.

• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering digital transformation projects.

• In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following: NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect.

• Over 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management within a consulting context.

• Experience in leading large enterprise client projects involving $20,000–$250,000 in consulting services, including executive-level sponsorship and reporting requirements.

• Proficient in managing projects using waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid methodologies.

• Preferred experience in leading a program encompassing multiple projects and workstreams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills.

• Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to cultivate relationships, collaborate, solve problems, negotiate, drive initiatives, and persuade while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• PMP or other Project Management Certification is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
