This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial customer engagement and proposal formulation to delivery, testing, acceptance, and handover.
• Aid in the creation of technical proposals, outline delivery strategies, and assist in drafting Statements of Work and additional project documentation.
• Oversee the technical implementation of enterprise software installations within client environments.
• Organize software deployment, configuration, testing, and technical readiness tasks.
• Work closely with clients to gain insights into their environment, provide progress updates, and manage technical expectations.
• Detect and resolve issues related to software, infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and integrations during the deployment phase.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Tendering, and Support teams.
• Deliver updates on technical advancements, risks, and challenges to the broader project team.
• Assist in scope, risk, and problem management alongside the Project Manager.
• Conduct customer training sessions, system demonstrations, and user readiness initiatives.
• Participate in customer acceptance testing and validation/sign-off processes.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery methodologies, quality, and efficiency.
• Facilitate the transition to maintenance and support teams upon project completion.
• Act as a point of escalation for maintenance and support teams.
• Be prepared to travel globally, occasionally on short notice, to engage with clients and assist with on-site deployments and issue resolution, up to 20% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field, such as Computer Science, IT Networking, or Software Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software delivery projects.
• Proficient in using Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with systems associated with grid software.
• Experience with grid software solutions such as WAMS, EMS, DMS, DERMS, or similar technologies.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients in a technical delivery, deployment, or support context.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, occasionally with little notice.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
