Technical Project Manager – Voice Workstream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Technical Project Managers in the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations.

• Monitor and document various phases of the project, including milestones and deliverables.

• Organize equipment deliveries, vendor installations, and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI).

• Confirm the completion of installations, new system cutovers, and successful CAI with vendors.

• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure alignment on delivery and installation timelines.

• Facilitate handoff and disposition activities for outdated equipment.

• Keep records of meeting minutes, change logs, RFI processes, and technical status updates.

• Recognize technical risks and suggest mitigation or contingency strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the capability to acquire a Public Trust clearance.

• At least 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; 3 years with a PhD; or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and bridging communication between technical and non-technical parties.

• Proficient in project control methods, including scheduling, Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and budget management.

• Strong skills in administration and documentation, including meeting notes, change logs, RFIs, and status reporting.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk identification and management.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
