Technical Project Manager – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivering multiple simultaneous client projects that have unique scopes, stakeholders, and timelines.

• Manage the daily operations of mobile app development projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.

• Articulate technical limitations to clients in easily understandable terms.

• Monitor budget, timelines, and scope across various projects.

• Proactively identify and signal potential risks.

• Oversee QA, staging, and release transitions.

• Keep project documentation, specifications, and status information up to date.

• Conduct client-facing standups, demonstrations, and status meetings during US business hours.

• Address scope creep and unrealistic timelines effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical project manager in software development.

• A solid understanding of product principles and product management is highly valued.

• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting, managing multiple client accounts with varying priorities.

• Background in mobile app development projects, including familiarity with iOS/Android release cycles and app store review processes.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.

• Availability to overlap with US Eastern Time until 5 PM EST.

• Comfortable using technical tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or similar platforms.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications or bug reports and comprehend the implications for timelines.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development workflows and an understanding of how agentic development influences estimation and QA processes.

• Capable of providing direct communication when projects are falling behind, with timely escalation and a corrective plan.
