Technical Project Manager – Programa de Proyectos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• We are looking to add Technical Project Managers for various fronts and functional domains within the program:

• Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps

• Technical Project Manager – Security / IT GRC

• Technical Project Manager – Architecture & Strategy

• Technical Project Manager – Migration Factory

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing technology projects, PMO, Program Management, or Project Management, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and multiple work fronts.

• Experience in monitoring milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans, as well as in preparing executive reports, tracking indicators, and management documentation.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Ability to interact with technical teams, business leaders, and stakeholders at various organizational levels in complex and multicultural environments.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to engage in daily conversations with teams in the United States.

• Availability to work with teams and clients in the United States, considering time zone differences.

• Specific knowledge related to each domain:

• DevSecOps: DevOps, deployment process automation, engineering platforms, or security integrated into the development lifecycle.

• Security / IT GRC: information security, IT Governance, IT Risk, Compliance, or GRC.

• Architecture & Strategy: technological strategy, target architectures, transformation roadmaps, or planning of complex programs.

• Migration Factory: technological migrations, data center migrations, migration factories, or coordination of multiple delivery teams.
