IT Project Manager, Technical Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and execute intricate ICT projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Assume accountability for timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate PI Planning, sprint cycles, and agile ceremonies.

• Oversee backlogs, deliverables, and project advancement.

• Generate project, status, and management reports.

• Assist in technical rollouts and infrastructure projects.

• Guarantee successful delivery in line with established governance and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in ICT project management or technical project leadership.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies; knowledge of SAFe or DevSecOps is a plus.

• Technical comprehension of infrastructure, platforms, or software environments.

• Experience in managing stakeholders and escalations.

• A structured, solution-oriented mindset towards work.

• Strong sense of ownership and the capability to proactively drive initiatives forward.

• Proficiency in the German language is essential.

• A flawless record is required.
