📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of a core banking modernization project, which includes planning, tracking, and reporting activities.

• Effectively handle uncertainty and changing priorities with a strong inclination towards proactive measures.

• Foster relationships throughout the client's organization and comprehend decision-making frameworks.

• Report on progress, risks, and obstacles to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure the modernization efforts stay on track.

• Identify risks and dependencies early on and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.

• Simplify technical details into terminology that senior, non-technical audiences can understand and act upon.

• Establish and nurture trust with stakeholders at every organizational level.

• Extensive project management experience, showcasing strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, especially in navigating intricate organizational structures.

• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in domestic banking.

• Confidence in reporting and escalating issues directly to senior and executive levels.

• A proactive mindset, characterized by a tendency to drive initiatives forward rather than waiting for optimal conditions.

• Ability to navigate projects through uncertainty without a fully established guide.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

• A cooperative and transparent communicator who quickly builds trust within an organization.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; alternatively, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology may substitute for each missing year of college, in addition to the minimum years of required experience for the role.
