This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the operations and service delivery of the Salesforce Digital Transformation Center.
• Supervise Salesforce administrators, architects, and security experts.
• Conduct daily client status meetings, team standups, tenant-customer discussions, CIO reviews, and other operational gatherings.
• Administer the DTC customer presales pipeline, which includes use-case qualification, requirements gathering, solution suggestions, and ROM estimates.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new DTC customer project teams onto the Salesforce platform.
• Organize the release calendar and manage customer application deployments.
• Oversee daily operational and maintenance support tasks.
• Manage license inventory, allocations, and renewals.
• Handle platform ATO renewal assessments and mid-year adjustments.
• Co-facilitate technical design reviews alongside Salesforce architects.
• Draft policy and procedure documentation and oversee the DTC Governance Library.
• Enhance DTC operations and toolsets, leading the implementation of improvements.
• Generate and present monthly status reports that detail team performance, deliverables, timelines, financials, and SLA achievements.
• Assist in the growth initiatives of the ICF Salesforce Practice, including RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Foster client relationships and lead technical discussions with architects, tenant development teams, government program and contract personnel, and executives.
• Over 5 years of Project Management experience managing large, complex IT projects and technical teams, with direct responsibility for contract delivery.
• More than 3 years of experience leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing capacity.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification; a Trailblazer profile link is required in the resume.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator performing declarative (no-code) development in a medium-to-large enterprise Salesforce setting.
• Over 3 years of experience coordinating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce and GitHub for source control.
• At least 1 year of experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting, including cloud consumption, licensing, and labor.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a federal public trust or equivalent client-required background check.
• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and conduct all work within the U.S.
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform at the Administrator and/or consultant level.
• Familiarity with fundamental Salesforce functionalities, system and user administration, system integrations, and declarative configuration.
• Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect certifications are preferred.
• 3 years of Salesforce consultation experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years supporting U.S. Government clients and familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing, and/or Salesforce Data 360 is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Mulesoft capabilities and API-based integrations is preferred.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM licenses and provisioning is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, Docusign, and Own is preferred.
• Basic understanding of MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption is preferred.
• Necessary certifications for practice expertise must be maintained and upheld.
• Ability to work core hours from 8 AM to 6 PM EST and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Remote work options available in the U.S., with a preference for candidates on the East Coast.
• Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, with occasional after-hours support for P1/P2 incidents and scheduled deployments.
