This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the technical implementation and delivery of the FSA Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization initiative.
• Supervise the transition from outdated AIMS and PAS systems to a cloud-based IAM solution.
• Ensure that technical tasks are completed punctually, within defined scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate deliverables and reporting obligations.
• Assist in the consolidation of two legacy systems into a singular modern solution.
• Collaborate closely with the FSA Product Owner and various stakeholders.
• Engage in Agile work planning, provide feedback on requirements, and define sprint scope.
• Oversee Agile project activities with an emphasis on lean methodologies, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
• Aid in defining user stories and tasks, ensuring alignment with the FSA Definition of Done.
• Support the packaging of completed features for deployment.
• Deliver technical and project management assistance during the transition and ongoing operations.
• Direct hour-by-hour operational planning, coordinate environment support, manage change and release processes, and oversee the overall technical execution of the IAM program.
• Public Trust (VA Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is necessary.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management capabilities with a background in leading technical IT projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in modernization and system consolidation projects.
• Proficiency in defining user stories, managing backlogs, and ensuring adherence to the Definition of Done.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and federal IT environments is highly advantageous.
• Capacity to balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical coordination.
