This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Standardize, design, and implement new operational procedures for business applications, services, and activities.

• Analyze, define, and establish new operational domains including data management, quality assurance, and operational oversight.

• Enhance the operations organization and equip employees, processes, and technologies for operational readiness.

• Define and implement procedures for operational participation in homologation activities, as well as construction and infrastructure projects.

• Collect and specify operational and business requirements for OT components and building automation systems.

• Lead and coordinate stakeholders while actively facilitating change and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in building or transforming complex infrastructure, real estate, or operations organizations—from inception to operational implementation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of designing and implementing standardized operational processes and operating models.

• Proven experience in real estate and infrastructure operations, preferably with a focus on building automation, technical operations, or facility management.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience managing complex interactions between operations, technology, real estate, and external partners.

• Familiarity with digital systems, CRM, ticketing, and case management solutions, along with data, reporting, and control processes.

• Experience with change and transformation projects, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation, and assertiveness skills in challenging organizational environments.

• Proficient command of German.

• A clean criminal record is essential.
