Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, establishing scope, objectives, success metrics, governance structures, and operational methodologies.

• Develop and sustain project governance documentation, which includes the charter, RACI, RAID, decision logs, and integrated plans.

• Lead cross-functional teams that encompass business, technology, vendors, and operations.

• Create and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.

• Direct and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.

• Foster accountability and ownership among workstream leads and vendors.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them with recommendations and options.

• Facilitate governance meetings, including SteerCo sessions, working groups, and executive reviews.

• Deliver concise executive reports detailing delivery status, business impact, risks, decisions, and next steps.

• Ensure alignment with strategy, budget, roadmap, priorities, and value realization.

• Conclude projects effectively, including transitioning to operations, knowledge transfer, planning for post-launch support, and documenting lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6 years of direct experience in technical project management.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on schedule within a consulting or agency environment.

• Strong understanding of various technology stacks and the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.

• Outstanding communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Leadership in Agile delivery.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in KPI and CSF tracking/reporting.
