Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise essential client engagements to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

• Set project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and create detailed reports for senior management.

• Work closely with clients to guarantee alignment with project goals and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution of various projects.

• Assist in defining project objectives and scope with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Formulate comprehensive project plans to monitor and evaluate progress.

• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs utilizing appropriate verification methods.

• Assess performance with suitable project management tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and pertinent stakeholders.

• Conduct risk management to mitigate potential risks.

• Establish and sustain relationships with third-party vendors.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project specifications.

• Assign project tasks based on the strengths, skills, and experience levels of junior staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management.

• Experience in the financial/banking sector.

• Proven track record in managing technical projects within large-scale enterprise settings.

• Background in technology, particularly with network devices and physical infrastructures.

• Technical expertise in both wireless and wired networks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various project management software tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders.

• Proven leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.

• Capability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with urgency.

• Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.

• Proactive in staying updated with evolving technologies and industry trends.

• Strong communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.

• Detail-oriented with robust multitasking abilities.

• PMP, CCNA, or equivalent knowledge and certifications are advantageous but not essential.

• ITIL certification is beneficial but not required.

• Availability to work in EST time zone.
