This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Supervise the planning, implementation, and conclusion of digital projects.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, schedules, and financial constraints.
• Oversee the creative execution related to content strategy, user experience, design, copywriting, and business needs.
• Direct the execution of eCommerce and Digital Self-Service projects.
• Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and address obstacles as they arise.
• Define and monitor project tasks, participants, dependencies, and essential details.
• Document and communicate any changes in scope and modify project plans accordingly.
• Act as the main point of contact for project updates, issues, and communications.
• Organize project meetings, share minutes, monitor action items, and integrate deliverables into timelines.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage resources across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks while proposing mitigation strategies.
• Participate in intake assessments and prioritize projects based on resource availability and business value.
• Support process enhancements to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.
• Lead project retrospectives and implement actionable improvements.
• 5+ years of experience in digital program management or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing creative execution, including resource allocation for strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of business partners.
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Proven history of managing creative execution and resource allocation for large-scale digital initiatives.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; North Carolina is the specified location.
