Enterprise Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery of intricate technical implementation projects, which encompass customer integrations, multi-system data-sharing scenarios, and cross-team platform initiatives, from inception to launch.

• Convert technical specifications and the scope outlined in the Statement of Work into actionable plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Facilitate coordination among Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless transitions and a mutual understanding of project scope.

• Recognize, monitor, and address project risks; resolve obstacles and escalate issues as necessary.

• Oversee and report on the budget, billable hours, and project progress to both internal stakeholders and customers.

• Manage all project documentation, including SOWs, scope modifications, issue logs, status updates, and time/invoice tracking.

• Engage with stakeholders across all levels and proactively manage their expectations.

• Enhance project management processes and tools while documenting lessons learned.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on gathering requirements and addressing enhancement requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in managing technical or SaaS projects, with a proven history of delivering complex projects within time and budget constraints.

• Proficiency in working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows; while coding is not mandatory, a solid understanding of how systems integrate is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong skills in risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with healthcare data, health tech, or integration frameworks like FHIR, HL7, or CCD.

• Experience with EHR systems or other healthcare IT platforms.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications.

• Proven experience leading projects in a startup, remote-first, or high-growth setting.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Asana, Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, Omni, Vitally.
