This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of the BASIS program.
• Oversee cost, scheduling, and technical performance related to application sustainment, modernization, and security initiatives.
• Regularly update and maintain schedules in ServiceNow, along with managing Server and SharePoint repositories, tasks, milestones, dates, and dependencies.
• Deliver weekly Integrated Master Schedule presentations to the client.
• Contribute to the development of the Project Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Product Roadmaps, and Communication Plan.
• Create weekly IPR slide decks and corresponding written reports.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes along with action items.
• Coordinate and monitor project deliverables effectively.
• Maintain the formal Risk Register, which includes probability/impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to manage POA&M submissions and updates.
• Oversee product backlogs and project tasks in JIRA.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and report on sprint point burn rates and velocity metrics.
• Work closely with QA, development, and security teams to ensure sprint deliverables, automated test cases, RTMs, and release artifacts are met.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of code reviews.
• Act as a liaison between internal technical teams, subcontractors, Government stakeholders, and external partners.
• Oversee the distribution of release notes and technical documentation.
• Maintain program documentation, track deliverables, and manage SharePoint collaboration workspaces.
• Support reporting and data extraction tasks.
• Manage ServiceNow workflow tickets and incident tracking.
• 2 years of experience with a BS/BA; 0 years with an MS/MA; 6 years with a High School Diploma.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Capable of obtaining Public Trust clearance.
• Background in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, ideally within IT or software development sectors.
• Proficient understanding of project management fundamentals, including schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in supporting sprint-based delivery teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear and concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks, monitor deliverable deadlines, and escalate issues promptly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional DoD program environment.
• PMP certification or active pursuit; CAPM certification is accepted (preferred).
• SAFe or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
• Previous experience supporting DoD or Federal government IT programs with formal deliverable obligations (preferred).
• Experience in DevSecOps program environments and sprint-level project tracking (preferred).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for workflow and incident management (preferred).
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing multi-vendor program environments (preferred).
• Understanding of DEERS, TRICARE, or other DoD healthcare/benefits systems (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity compliance obligations within DoD IT programs (preferred).
