Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management across multiple teams.

• Create and enhance tools and processes that promote effective team delivery.

• Evaluate team productivity and quality metrics to produce actionable insights for improvements.

• Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and integrate it into process enhancements.

• Establish knowledge-sharing platforms, such as wikis and documentation systems.

• Serve as a facilitator between teams and stakeholders, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless delivery.

• Foster a supportive environment that encourages team success, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in agile project management or as a Scrum Master.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Proven growth mindset with an emphasis on agility and continuous development.

• Expertise in execution and delivery, including planning and facilitating team outcomes.

• Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Project Management certification is preferred.

• Scaled Agile certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional training/qualification.
