Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and management of enterprise projects ranging from small to large within the Technology department portfolio.

• Create and maintain essential project deliverables such as timelines, status reports, scope, priorities, milestones, and risk assessments.

• Facilitate coordination among project managers, product managers, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and schedules.

• Foster collaboration to resolve issues and keep projects progressing as planned.

• Proactively communicate any roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and issues related to the project.

• Inspire team members to sustain momentum and focus during challenging project phases.

• Generate status reports, communications, and presentations for PMO reporting at all organizational levels.

• Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to obtain agreement on project timelines and necessary resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Project management certification such as PMP, CSM, or ACP is essential.

• Prior technical experience or certifications are preferable.

• Experience with hybrid project management and agile scrum methodologies is required.

• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and techniques throughout all phases of the project lifecycle is necessary.

• Proven experience in leading Technology projects, including managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, reporting, and metrics development/tracking.

• A demonstrated history of successfully completing projects on time and within budget is essential.

• A keen interest in Technology, Transformation, and Process Improvement is desirable.

• Experience in a similar Technology, Hospitality, or Gaming environment is advantageous.
