IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and implement project delivery tasks while adhering to established timelines and budget constraints.

• Oversee one or multiple projects, ensuring status updates, issue and risk management, and collaboration with external partners.

• Facilitate project planning discussions with stakeholders, covering scope, deliverables, timelines, work breakdown structures, and key milestones.

• Develop, monitor, track, and refine project plans as necessary.

• Implement change management processes and activities within the Technology department.

• Recognize and address dependencies, risks, and challenges proactively.

• Handle fiscal reporting, gross labor analysis, capital expenditures, non-labor forecasting, and variance assessments.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Pro Paint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experienced with Tableau software.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of drawing precise conclusions from financial documents.

• Demonstrated expertise in project management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Background in planning and executing projects along with risk mitigation strategies.

• Experience managing project execution in a contemporary software environment, including technical project management.

• Proficient in GBQ.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline.

• PMP Certification is required.
