IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee continuous IT projects from initial initiation through to final billing.

• Manage entire project teams effectively.

• Organize, oversee, and deliver multiple IT projects simultaneously.

• Liaise with customers and internal staff.

• Align and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Assume responsibility for the centralized organization and management of IT projects.

• Communicate with international clients and colleagues based at the headquarters in Zagreb.

• Engage in discussions and coordination with both German- and English-speaking contacts.

• Take on additional internal duties and seek further development opportunities if desired.

⛳️ Requirements

• A willingness to pursue ongoing training.

• Some experience in (IT) project management is preferred.

• A university degree (ideally in business administration or computer science with a focus on (IT) project management) or equivalent qualifications.

• Proficient in project management.

• Capability to manage numerous IT projects concurrently.

• Strong skills in coordination.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Familiarity with agile project methodologies is a plus.

• Knowledge in business administration or computer science is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Croatian language skills are beneficial but not essential.

• Experience with PRINCE2 and/or Scrum Product Ownership, along with over 10 years of software development experience as an independent project manager, would be an asset and of interest.
