This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee comprehensive delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and execution for intricate implementations.
β’ Transform contracts and statements of work into structured plans that highlight dependencies, risks, and responsible parties.
β’ Raise significant scope, timeline, and technical decisions with well-defined recommendations.
β’ Directly engage in technical design and scoping with clients, focusing on integrations, data flows, SSO/IAM, security, and API agreements.
β’ Establish and manage governance frameworks, including steering committees, working groups, sprint reviews, and executive updates.
β’ Collaborate with FutureFit AI Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams alongside customer teams and external partners.
β’ Oversee risks, dependencies, scope, timelines, budgets, and formal change control processes.
β’ Create and maintain RAID logs, decision documentation, integration maps, milestone plans, and status updates.
β’ Foster customer confidence and provide transparent communication regarding program status.
β’ Develop repeatable delivery playbooks for professional services and document implementation methodologies.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience with complex, cross-functional technology implementations.
β’ At least 3 years in a leadership capacity, responsible for scope, timelines, and delivery results.
β’ Proficient in reading API specifications and understanding integration strategies.
β’ Knowledgeable about SSO/IAM and the trade-offs associated with data pipelines.
β’ Capable of engaging in meaningful discussions with senior engineers.
β’ Strong planning, tracking, and communication systems.
β’ Experience in generating milestone plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status updates.
β’ Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
β’ Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders up to C-suite or agency leadership.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ High level of agency and comfort with ambiguity.
β’ Direct experience with state or federal government agency implementations, workforce, labor, education, or social services technology projects is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with WIOA, RESEA, TAA, or other federal workforce funding programs is an advantage.
β’ Experience managing systems integrators or subcontractors is beneficial.
β’ Working knowledge of SSO (SAML/OIDC), IAM, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL/data pipelines, and case management or CRM systems is advantageous.
β’ PMP, PgMP, or similar formal program management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Experience in an early-stage or scale-up setting is an additional asset.
β’ Must reside in the United States.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Availability to work during EST/EDT business hours.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally.
β’ Prepared to undergo a background check if necessary.
β’ Primarily remote work environment.
β’ Occasional travel to customer locations for essential implementation activities.
β’ Attendance at the annual company offsite event.
