This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the scheduling of team meetings
• Engage in meetings and take on scribe duties
• Keep team action lists and organizational charts up to date
• Follow up on action items to meet delivery expectations
• Assist with status updates and manage presentation templates
• Produce documentation for both leadership and peer use
• Formulate clear and concise communication strategies
• Organize team repository sites and develop process documentation
• Coordinate project outputs and ensure version control
• Monitor and report on various workstreams
• Conduct data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to establish processes aligned with the EPM ecosystem
• Aid Engineering Program Management efforts across multidisciplinary construction, engineering, and technology workstreams
• Support organizational change management related to construction processes, operational workflows, and technology adoption
• Work with stakeholders to enhance process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across project teams
• Leverage AI-driven productivity and reporting tools to enhance documentation, meeting outputs, status reporting, and workflow coordination
• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients in a rapidly expanding technology consultancy that assists construction owners in utilizing systems and data effectively
• At least 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering, and/or construction teams
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
• Proficiency in G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, ACC
• Proven ability to lead decisively in complex and challenging environments
• Established capability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes, even without formal authority
• Quick to adapt and excel in new technical projects
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work well with diverse team styles
• Fundamental knowledge of data center engineering or construction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to customize communication for different stakeholders
• Familiarity with LEAN tools (e.g., choosing by advantage, Last Planner/Pull Planning, Gemba, Kanban)
• Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team across various time zones
• General understanding of Engineering Program Management (EPM) principles, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery practices
• Basic knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI solutions
• Preferred experience in supporting process improvement, operational change management, or construction workflow transformation initiatives
• Quick adaptability to emerging technologies and supporting teams through changing tools and business processes
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Preferred: experience with construction change management, operational transformation, or digital adoption initiatives
• Preferred: exposure to AI-assisted reporting, automation tools, or data-driven project coordination workflows
• Experience in the construction industry regarding business processes or project management
• Background in the technology industry related to software implementations and administration
• Experience in the customer service sector related to software support
• Familiarity with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.
