This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Organize the team's sprint activities: planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and monitoring task completion.
• Assist the product team in converting requirements and decisions into clear tasks for engineering and design.
• Monitor deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and agreements among project participants.
• Maintain the backlog, roadmap, project documentation, and task statuses accurately.
• Record product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and subsequent steps.
• Facilitate collaboration among the product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Conduct regular team syncs and follow up on the implementation of decisions made.
• Aid the team in managing changes in requirements and evaluating their impact on timelines and scope.
• Oversee operational aspects for the product, including collaboration with vendors, contractors, legal, and finance teams.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues that may influence timelines or product quality.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Experience working within a product or engineering team, rather than solely in an agency or administrative setting.
• Practical experience managing Agile/Scrum processes and overseeing a team's sprint work.
• Proven experience owning a product or project from initial scoping through to launch.
• Proficient in writing requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Skilled in managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working alongside vendors, contractors, or operational functions.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to testing and release.
• Basic knowledge of how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interrelate.
• Ability to decompose complex or vaguely defined problems into actionable tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading meetings and driving decisions to completion.
• Self-motivated and proactive — ready not only to coordinate but also to personally address organizational issues as they arise.
• Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for collaboration with international teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience with task and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence.
• Background in hardware, IoT, or embedded products.
• Previous experience as a Business/System Analyst, QA, or Software Engineer, with hands-on development coordination and delivery.
• Familiarity with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems.
