Senior Engineering Project Manager – Connectivity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of design change initiatives from scoping to design development, implementation, and post-implementation.

• Act as the project lead for design modifications, guiding them from initial concept to final execution.

• Manage the project scope throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Oversee substantial project budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a unified plan.

• Work alongside site team management to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Coordinate with client vendors following design changes.

• Handle material procurement processes.

• Make certain that sites are prepared and communicate readiness to downstream stakeholders.

• Acquire knowledge and adapt to internal tooling systems.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance project execution and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of managing project scope from planning through to execution.

• Established experience in handling large and complex project budgets.

• Strong history of successfully driving design/change management projects from start to finish.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of aligning cross-functional partners, site teams, and project leads.

• A self-motivated individual with a high level of responsiveness, who can independently prioritize and take initiative.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and effectively prompting to enhance work processes.

• Quick learner of new tools and technical contexts.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations in California and Seattle.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• A deep background in data centers, construction, or hardware is not mandatory.
