Senior Project Manager – IT Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee IT projects throughout their complete life cycle utilizing the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology.

• Execute projects adhering to the approved Statement of Work guidelines, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and outstanding customer service.

• Lead Professional Services teams in the initiation, planning, and execution of technology solutions.

• Manage project communications, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, while overseeing project costs, schedules, scope, risks, issues, resources, and quality.

• Create and maintain project plans, which include Gantt charts, predecessors, milestones, and quality gates.

• Direct scope modifications and the formulation of Project Change Requests.

• Monitor billing milestones, profitability objectives, and Earned Value throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate resources and make necessary adjustments for effective service delivery.

• Develop communication strategies that encompass meeting frequency, status updates, and escalation management.

• Supervise the deliverables of third-party vendors or partners.

• Ensure deliverables align with SOW terms and achieve customer acceptance and satisfaction.

• Document and disseminate lessons learned to foster ongoing process improvement.

• Assist engineers in executing projects related to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies.

• No supervisory duties are required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field along with formal Project Management Training.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Over 7 years of enterprise-level project management experience, focusing on complex Information Technology projects and leading teams of up to 10 individuals.

• More than 7 years of project management experience within IT Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.

• Experience with Project, Project Portfolio, or Workforce Management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.

• CAPM, ITIL, CSM, and/or other technical certifications are advantageous.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• Must be able to meet specified physical demands.
