This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives necessary for UNECE R155 compliance throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
• Oversee the completion and upkeep of cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and deliverables essential for Vehicle Type Approval.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks that impact product compliance and vehicle certification.
• Take ownership and manage cybersecurity epics, incorporating both long-term strategic planning and short-term execution planning.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and obstacles to guarantee timely delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration among Epic Owners, Product Owners, Vehicle Cybersecurity Architects, System Architects, Project Governance Teams, Certification and Compliance Teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Assist cybersecurity architects in preparing and completing the Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Case prior to Vehicle Type Approval.
• Ensure the integration of cybersecurity requirements across vehicle development programs and engineering activities.
• Engage in cybersecurity audits, technical reviews, and certification discussions.
• Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding compliance readiness and the progress of cybersecurity delivery.
• Drive the completion of cybersecurity activities necessary for certification and product launch.
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive Cybersecurity and/or Product Cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of UNECE R155 and cybersecurity requirements relevant to Vehicle Type Approval (VTA).
• Experience in merging cybersecurity expertise with technical project management, program management, or Epic Ownership.
• Practical experience in cybersecurity risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex cybersecurity initiatives across various teams and organizational functions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Capable of driving deliverables in highly regulated and compliance-oriented environments.
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity architects, engineering teams, governance bodies, and certification stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: Experience with Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Cases.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of automotive software and system development processes.
• Nice to have: Experience assisting in cybersecurity audits and certification activities.
• Nice to have: Experience in vehicle programs nearing production readiness and regulatory approval.
