Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise intricate IT system projects and/or programs.

• Assemble and direct project teams.

• Identify necessary resources and create project timelines.

• Manage partnerships with stakeholders and address risks.

• Coordinate team activities in alignment with system scope, project goals, and team member responsibilities.

• Oversee interdependencies and the integration of related projects while managing programs.

• Establish strategies and guide program execution to provide long-term business value.

• Utilize ITIL frameworks to handle technology-project risks and challenges.

• Make decisions regarding technical methodologies for project components.

• Manage challenging initiatives with visibility at the executive leadership level.

• Provide essential stakeholder management crucial for project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management.

• More than 3 years of experience delivering multiple complex technical projects from start to finish.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation, preferably in highly regulated industries such as health or finance.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage at the executive level.

• Over 3 years of experience in SDLC Project Management.

• Capability to analyze ambiguous situations from a strategic viewpoint.

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration.

• Preferred: Experience with data warehousing, decision support, and reporting system environments.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira Align executive information systems, and statistical software packages.

• Preferred: Extensive knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities.

• Preferred: Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.

• Preferred: Experience in the health solutions sector.

• Reliable home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
