Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive technical projects and programs involving Oracle Cloud/Fusion, OIC, APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise applications.

• Specify project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Supervise project execution across various technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Foster Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

• Monitor Agile and delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, throughput, cycle time, planned versus actual effort, and release progress.

• Assess resource capacity, allocation, utilization, productivity, and workload, making necessary adjustments as required.

• Establish and monitor project KPIs, delivery dashboards, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

• Manage changes in scope through effective change management practices and impact assessments.

• Develop and maintain RACI matrices, governance frameworks, communication strategies, and escalation protocols.

• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource costs, and actuals.

• Identify delivery bottlenecks and collaborate with technical teams to enhance productivity and efficiency in delivery.

• Coordinate efforts with architects, developers, integration teams, QA, business units, and external vendors.

• Manage technical integrations that involve REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud, and various cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with teams providing communication/API solutions, including Twilio SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, or similar platforms, when relevant.

• Ensure that projects adhere to agreed timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and business objectives.

• Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reports to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a strong focus on managing technical projects.

• Extensive experience in Technical Project Management / Technical Program Management.

• Proven track record managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, or enterprise integration projects.

• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• Practical experience with Agile metrics, including velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint completion, cycle time, and burndown/burnup charts.

• Strong background in resource planning, utilization, allocation, capacity management, and tracking productivity.

• Experience in managing project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, RACI, KPIs, and governance frameworks.

• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud integration, middleware, REST/SOAP, and enterprise application integration.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
