This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead intricate, enterprise-level SaaS product deployments, ensuring that milestones are achieved and deliverables meet customer expectations as well as revenue recognition standards.
• Manage several medium to large-scale projects with a focus on timeline adherence, scope management, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish program requirements and guarantee compliance with both national and state regulations.
• Engage with customers, sales, product, and software services leaders to articulate project vision, define scope, and set delivery timelines.
• Support program planning by utilizing effective work estimation methods.
• Supervise program-level change management activities in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create documentation that supports customer acceptance and revenue recognition processes.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Provide foundational training to customers both remotely and in-person.
• Mentor junior project managers and assist in recruitment efforts to enhance the program management team.
• Report directly to the Director of Program Management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading complex programs within a SaaS environment, demonstrating success in technical program management.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations, infrastructure programs, or critical application rollouts.
• Strong expertise in technical project management tools.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in guiding both internal and client teams through uncertain scenarios.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in identifying process enhancements to improve project delivery outcomes and boost customer satisfaction.
• Must successfully pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
