Technical Program Manager, Colocation Service Delivery – Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of third-party vendor infrastructure, including build, network connectivity, acceptance, and documentation, while managing project tracking and preparing technical drawings and scopes of work.

• Facilitate kickoff and regular project status meetings.

• Collaborate with various teams and escalate issues through vendor management channels when delivery timelines are at risk.

• Ensure the quality of third-party leased infrastructure documentation and maintain alignment between the leased asset network inventory and commercial contract inventory.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.

• Manage and expand the portfolio to address ongoing business requirements.

• Lead complex projects involving technical operations market teams, network engineering, and network acquisition teams.

• Evaluate leased dark fiber, colocation, and bandwidth needs for new capacity demands.

• Comprehend the terms of new contracts, including delivery targets and technical specifications.

• Refine projects and implement new technologies in markets and communities throughout the US.

• Encourage learning and development within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in developing and managing network infrastructure programs, vendor management, and delivering leased assets, including dark fiber, bandwidth services, and colocation space/power.

• 2 years of experience with space/power projects, including build-outs in data centers or third-party colocation facilities.

• Proven experience leading project teams and/or vendor resources while defining and managing success metrics.

• Familiarity with ordering and managing colocation space, including AC and DC power consumption.
