Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for cross-functional programs, from initial scoping and planning to launch and subsequent follow-ups.

• Lead significant programs with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the results.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external stakeholders to establish plans, milestones, and responsible parties.

• Recognize risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and facilitate decision-making.

• Ensure program transparency through concise written updates for leadership and teams.

• Engage with technical aspects, including architecture, integrations, and data flows.

• Conduct retrospectives post-launch to enhance planning and execution methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a technology company.

• Proven history of successfully delivering complex programs across multiple engineering teams.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage with engineers regarding system design, APIs, and integrations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and swiftly prioritize and adapt as necessary.

• A data-driven mindset, establishing success metrics in advance and evaluating progress against them.

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with partner or third-party integrations is advantageous.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and execution is desirable.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive base salary range of $133,000–$235,000.
