Senior Technical Program Manager – Technical Product Manager, Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee various technology initiatives, ensuring effective management of timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.

• Supervise external vendors in accordance with SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Facilitate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, encompassing requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and handoff.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Direct the readiness for Shopify ecommerce launches, coordinating with technical vendors on infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance.

• Manage go-live activities, including risk management, issue escalation, and real-time communication during critical launch periods.

• Keep project documentation updated, including decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate technology implementations, particularly in AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.

• Strong practical experience with Shopify is essential, including supporting high-traffic ecommerce launches.

• Experience overseeing external vendors based on SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.

• In-depth technical knowledge of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load management, and checkout performance.

• Proven experience in leading UAT, gathering requirements, ensuring launch readiness, managing risks, and conducting go-live activities.

• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous priorities.

• Immediate availability with substantial overlap in U.S. time zones.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop for remote work.

• Candidates must be located in Latin America.
