Technical Program Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical program management and architecture for intricate initiatives within the commerce group.

• Implement a modularization and platform strategy to unify and streamline the tooling and integration landscape.

• Manage engineering processes and release management, including backlog handling in GitLab.

• Serve as the liaison between Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams.

• Assist in the growth and technical execution of Co-Pilot and AI functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Software Engineer with a focus on coordination, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce setting.

• Proficiency with GitLab or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of API architectures, OAuth workflows, plugin systems, integration architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps principles, microservices, and contemporary web architectures.

• Capability to comprehend, evaluate, and convert technical contexts into specific requirements.

• Skill in identifying technical dependencies and devising practical solutions.

• Self-motivated and hands-on approach with strong execution capabilities.

• Keen interest in the latest developments within the SaaS and AI sectors.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
