Senior Technical Program Manager, Remote Eligible in Bulgaria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee, evaluate, and communicate the status of programs across enterprise initiatives and collaborations with external partners.

• Spearhead project planning, create schedules, meet milestones, and synchronize engineering teams across multiple workstreams.

• Develop and execute scalable processes that integrate Product, Engineering, and UX.

• Prioritize challenges and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address them.

• Recognize program risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide status updates to stakeholders, senior management, and executives.

• Enhance communication among teams with diverse working styles and personalities.

• Ensure confidential and precise program documentation, reporting outputs, and data management.

• Oversee the daily operations of program and project management tools, software platforms, and internal systems.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, or managing large-scale organizational programs.

• Extensive knowledge of program delivery methodologies and industry best practices.

• Proven experience in managing cross-departmental processes and aligning diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with API platforms and the technical acumen to assess dependencies and risks.

• Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to completion.

• Strong focus on user experience and human-centered outcomes.

• Excellent critical thinking skills and sound independent judgment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in a rapidly growing company environment.

• Capability to manage multiple high-priority program threads and navigate cognitive complexity.

• Understanding of budget considerations in program contexts.

• Proficient in standard computer usage and keyboard skills in a remote work setting.

• A business-related degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on a continual basis.

• Proficient in English.
