This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with potential clients and current customers to ascertain their needs and match use cases with Spreedly's offerings.
• Provide demonstrations, architectural diagrams, and documentation that support sales discussions and technical evaluations.
• Convert business and technical requirements into practical solution proposals and scalable, reusable implementation strategies.
• Create and sustain reusable demo environments, solution artifacts, and templates for handling objections.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay prospect feedback and ensure the feasibility of solutions.
• Work alongside Customer Success and Support teams to guarantee seamless implementation transitions.
• Act as a technical authority for RFPs, security assessments, and compliance questionnaires.
• Inform internal teams about platform capabilities, integration methodologies, and sales support materials.
• Assist pre-sales and customer solutioning initiatives for Spreedly's open payments platform.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy by developing solution templates, demo resources, and providing mentorship.
• Travel frequently within the United States and operate during US business hours.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager position within a B2B SaaS or fintech setting.
• Relevant industry experience in eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms.
• Preferred background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and system integration concepts, particularly REST and webhooks.
• Familiarity with scripting or backend programming; knowledge of Python, Ruby, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working with Sales and Product teams on enterprise-level deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create customer-facing documentation.
• Capability to distill complex technical subjects and assist in customer decision-making.
• Comfortable managing the discovery and demo phases in an enterprise sales process.
• Experience in implementation or support roles is advantageous.
• Must currently have legal authorization to work in the job location country without requiring future sponsorship.
