Technical Program Manager, M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery efforts with stakeholders from both acquiring and acquired companies to assess integration and migration requirements.

• Evaluate technical infrastructure, systems, data flows, integration points, and identify redundancies.

• Facilitate application rationalization by identifying platforms to consolidate, retire, or migrate.

• Collect requirements, map business processes, conduct gap analysis, and convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Develop strategies for process and data migration while overseeing the execution of migration and merger projects.

• Produce runbooks, technical documentation, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and program status updates.

• Define and communicate program objectives, planning, project scope, and impacted workstreams to business leadership.

• Identify relevant stakeholders, secure necessary resources, and enhance stakeholder communication.

• Communicate decisions, priorities, and program updates across various organizational levels.

• Coordinate technical teams, address obstacles, and maintain a focus on delivering value.

• Ensure successful program delivery through change management, documentation, KPI measurement, and the achievement of established goals.

• Work with technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, Tableau, JIRA, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.

• Experience in managing IT and business applications programs within a technology organization.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to comprehend technology environments, systems architecture, software design principles, and system interactions.

• Proven experience collaborating with technical teams, including software deployment and integration.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.

• Capability to analyze relational data and technical business requirements.

• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams.

• Strong business analysis skills, encompassing requirements elicitation, process analysis, gap analysis, data analysis, and translating business needs into solution requirements.

• Understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, quote-to-cash, finance, and other operational functions.

• Experience in identifying project risks and developing strategies for mitigation.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities within culturally diverse teams.

• Located on the east coast or willing to work Eastern time hours.
