Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist cross-functional teams by offering subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of various projects and programs.

• Promote effective communication and ensure thorough documentation is maintained.

• Provide updates on program status, highlight areas of risk and opportunity, outline process dependencies, and present success metrics to senior internal stakeholders.

• Regularly engage with key collaborators to relay progress, assess and identify business risks, comprehend priorities, and suggest solutions.

• Build and sustain relationships with internal engineering teams, concentrating on server hardware components.

• Lead the cross-functional alignment throughout the entire program lifecycle.

• Guide multidisciplinary teams towards successful project delivery.

• Connect engineering and operations to implement complex server hardware initiatives with exceptional reliability and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

• A strong desire to acquire technical skills related to server hardware.

• Experience in program or project management.

• Familiarity with agile work processes within a cross-functional and technical team environment.

• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

• Experience interacting with external vendors.

• Knowledge of server hardware specifications.

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
