This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a liaison among operational teams, internal engineering resources, and third-party tool providers to develop, enhance, and manage internal tooling solutions.
• Lead a technical roadmap for internal tooling projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and requirements gathering.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Create communication plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and uphold frameworks and governance structures.
• Implement solutions to guarantee successful execution.
• Design and execute process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate business processes, performance metrics, and operational data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Drive goal-setting processes related to operational and technical objectives.
• Establish mechanisms for tracking status updates.
• Communicate progress, risks, and priorities throughout the organization.
• Function effectively with minimal daily direction in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a technology-related field is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in Program Management, specifically focusing on Operations or Technology use cases.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading intricate cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various business functions.
• Experience in managing programs and projects that involve executive-level stakeholders and align with organizational priorities.
• Proven capability to drive operational excellence, business process enhancement, governance, and change management initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence results without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing business demands.
• Experience in creating executive communications, dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in unclear environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
• Experience in the payments, financial services, money movement, card processing, or ACH industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with coding languages, technical systems, software development concepts, or data analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience in supporting feature launches, operational readiness programs, or PMO organizations is preferred.
• Experience mentoring team members and promoting best practices in program management is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting financial services or payment-processing environments is preferred.
• Completion of pre-employment drug testing is required.
