Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee product programs and initiatives throughout the division from concept to market.

• Coordinate product, engineering, and business teams to surpass customer expectations.

• Guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to align with the product roadmap.

• Identify and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans.

• Manage and communicate the backlog of tasks to key stakeholders, prioritizing based on business requirements.

• Update senior leaders on program status and any changes in expectations using standardized methods.

• Maintain and refine a roadmap of committed work throughout the current calendar year.

• Drive projects, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience working within a technical team environment.

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools.

• Knowledge of Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.

• Capability to analyze workloads and convey technical issues to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Competence in collaborating with global teams.
