Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams that include Engineering, Product Management, and Network Operations.

• Assist in the development of the product roadmap.

• Evaluate risks and create contingency plans to ensure program deadlines are met.

• Identify and relay work backlog to key stakeholders, guiding prioritization according to business requirements.

• Update senior leaders on program status and any changes in expectations through standardized reporting methods.

• Maintain and refine a roadmap of committed tasks throughout the current calendar year.

• Lead programs in Infrastructure, Engineering, and Operations.

• Deliver customized data center projects tailored to customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies, particularly with data center or connectivity deployment projects.

• Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience in identifying and managing project dependencies while keeping project plans updated with real-time milestones.

• Capability to analyze workloads and articulate technical challenges to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for collaboration across global teams.
