• Lead the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, which includes milestone deliverables, dependencies, and the implementation timeline.
• Act as the client's reliable point of contact during integrations, ensuring proactive communication and early identification of risks.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client requirements.
• Monitor product feature requests from clients from the moment of intake until resolution.
• Define RACI and roles/responsibilities for each engagement.
• Facilitate structured communication among Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client.
• Anticipate and manage client expectations effectively.
• Ensure that deliverables and artifacts are systematically organized, up-to-date, and appropriately assigned.
• Develop product fluency to serve as a thought partner regarding feature requests.
• Provide reports on project health, deliverable delays, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning across multiple enterprise engagements.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program or project management, including managing implementations for large enterprise clients.
• Direct experience navigating an enterprise client's formal project management frameworks—structured governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting—and the ability to apply that rigor without over-complicating processes for smaller or more agile clients.
• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, preferably at a B2B SaaS company catering to enterprise clients.
• Comfort in acting as a thought partner to Engineering and Product teams—capable of articulating technical dependencies and trade-offs to assist in unblocking issues and prioritizing tasks, rather than just tracking progress.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to translate technical updates into language that enterprise clients' project offices and executive stakeholders can trust.
