This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and readiness for go-live in Data Migration projects.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, clients, and technical delivery teams.
β’ Assist in project initiation, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of delivery.
β’ Manage project demand, forecast resources, and plan capacity effectively.
β’ Coordinate the readiness and execution of Data Migration projects for successful go-live.
β’ Monitor project portfolios, driving the mitigation and escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies.
β’ Maintain records of project requests, schedules, dashboards, operational metrics, templates, and documentation.
β’ Lead post-project evaluations, root cause analyses, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
β’ Implement AI-driven tools, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
β’ Ensure compliance with governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
β’ Report directly to the Sr Manager of Technical Services.
β’ Proven experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar field.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder communications, and competing priorities within a customer-facing environment.
β’ Solid understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and operational performance metrics.
β’ Familiarity with Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration concepts, and principles of systems design.
β’ Experience with tools such as JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet, Confluence, or comparable software.
β’ Background in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery sectors.
β’ Experience utilizing Generative AI, AI copilots, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions.
β’ Knowledge of workflow automation, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
β’ Domain knowledge of PointClickCare.
β’ Experience with healthcare technology solutions, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy, or clinical systems.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, OpenAI technologies, Anthropic (Claude), or similar AI platforms.
β’ Experience in developing, implementing, or managing AI agents, digital assistants, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions.
β’ Knowledge of Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise reporting solutions.
β’ PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
